This mug is nice but that's all I can say in the plus category. I bought this to use with a walker after my knee injury to be able to carry liquids from one room to another, but this mug is pretty much useless for that purpose. I can only fill it three-fourths full, and even then the liquid will bubble up and inevitably spill if tipped too far in any direction. My tea doesn't stay hot for long either. The mug comes with a warning insert stating that it is not airtight and also recommends hand washing, but none of these flaws are mentioned in the copy of the product. Had I known, not being able to wash in the dishwasher would have been a deal killer. I don't care about items that require special care, even if I don't limp.
