It's a MUST as a bolt-on, if only for the noise :-)

Pretty easy to install but pulling out the old airbox was a bit of a hassle. I don't know if you're getting a lot of measurable performance, but it's TOTALLY worth it for the sound alone! You can hear the intake WOOOOSHHHH when the turbo is going bad and PSHHHHHHH when the relief valve burns out. Once you stop pushing it too hard just to hear new sounds, you'll likely gain around 0.5mpg. Anyway, I made it.
