Massive, to say the least. I had no idea it was that big, I have 2 for my kids, luckily they have a huge play area upstairs, but these 2 next to each other take up almost the entire front of their play area. When they arrived I was nervous as I thought it was a beanbag (with beans like it used to be) and didn't know it was styrofoam. It was EXTREMELY heavy I would say the Revain box and bag weighed around 75lbs? It took about 30 minutes to move and break the styrofoam (keep your hands ready for practice) and once I broke it we waited. A few days later we're still breaking the foam, but it all comes together. I probably would have taken a smaller size, I'm 6ft, my mistake is I didn't measure, I think you could probably use this thing as a bed if you want. Anyway the kids are happy and that's the main thing lol.
