OneMarket is a very robust CRM that allows us to manage all of our clients. The team is very responsive and helpful, and the customer service is top-notch. It is really a best-in-class product. I would say that the initial implementation is a bit complex and there is a learning curve. The support team is great, but it may take a little time to get used to the product. I highly recommend OneMarket to any small business. We use OneMarket to manage all of our clients and to keep track of our sales activities. It has allowed us to have a more centralized view of our clients and their activities.
