Three stars for four reasons (I have some concerns): First and foremost, the product does what it describes: It secures my dogs in a fixed location. Second, as other reviewers have noted, the bars are heavy, very heavy. "So what," I thought, "so they work, don't they?" Not really. On both of my dogs—one is 65 pounds and the other is 90 pounds—the buckles were so heavy that their respective harnesses sagged sideways when properly tightened. The dogs are tired. Third, on those snaps: They're down. Without practice, you'll need two hands to attach the clasp to your dog's collar or harness. So, when you've got two hands on the latch, who's holding a 90-pound funny, potty-needy, spasmodic pooch so you can attach the latch to the dog?! 3 weeks with only occasional use (and most of the time these bars were under an overhang). I can't imagine using this product indoors, but they didn't do well with brief exposure to the weather here in the south (FYI, the fourth bar is secured elsewhere). I hope this review was helpful!
