Device works well. Long battery life. I have a smaller device and it has been working fine for over a year. Battery life for my condition is 7-10 days with a smaller device. . This device lasts 6 times longer. Both blocks work the same. You just have a bigger battery capacity, but the size is a bit bigger. About an inch longer. The application on the iPhone (10s) works perfectly. There was very little interference. Durable waterproof block that requires no outer coating. Built-in magnets. The new feature of this device is alarm loss. Alerts you when the device is not in contact with the surface. It has many functions that can be programmed remotely via an app or via SMS. ie: real-time tracking, historical route, report modes, vibrate alert, geofencing, speed alert and a few more that I don't use. Highly recommended! I had no trouble setting it up and never had to contact customer support, so I have no comments or complaints.
