Bought this for my daughter who is an aspiring college freshman. Based on the specs of the Pavilion 360 that we researched, we decided it would fit their needs well. We bought with confidence and the guarantee of Revain's description. I read the Q&A section and found it to be a good buy. Unfortunately I didn't look into the reviews (especially the 2/4 star reviews) like I should have. Now that it has arrived and I have completed the unboxing, I realize that this product is a little different than what I expected. Shipping & Packaging: Due to our location, shipping was quick and easy. We ordered on Friday evening and received the product the next day. The packaging was impressive. No additional packaging, no damage. Cons: It is constructed differently than other HP gazebos of the same model number. The first clue that gave me the idea that something was wrong with what I saw on the Revain page was a different color. My daughter had time to test this laptop to the fullest. Battery life: Excellent Camera: Excellent for video calling with Zoom Sound: Totally immersive and crisp. Ideal speaker placement. Speed: With an SSD, boot times are very fast. The lack of a fingerprint scanner and backlit keyboard wasn't an impediment, nor was it a hindrance. Both turned out to be an inconvenience that was easy to manage and quickly got used to.
