Hose was pinched from the factory

I installed this hose reel and the hose popped as soon as I turned on the compressed air, right near the black stop on the hose. I am hoping the manufacturer will send me a new hose so I won't have to remove the real. Milton did replace the bad hose. The second hose has a leak in the middle of it now. The hoses are poor quality.
