I read all the negative reviews and then checked Fakespot. Fakespot gave Phillips a B and the Revain reviews an A. So someone who tends to prefer big brands and can't afford a bigger, higher quality monitor with all the extras. I chose that. Only downside: The power/adjustment button on the back feels cheap and flimsy when I press it to turn on the monitor. And I haven't tried tweaking any of the settings, so I don't know how difficult it would be. The manual isn't much help as there is no sticker on the monitor stating which version you have. And the menu settings in the manual are unreadable. Pros: I didn't feel the need to tweak any settings. The image looks great when playing World of Warcraft with the game's graphic details set to 6 Good. I haven't gotten it higher yet, but I need a better GPU before I do. Final Thoughts. I'm not familiar with that power button and will probably just leave the monitor on. But overall I'm happy with my purchase.
