The support for various custom applications are very helpful as well as easy maintenance with multiple levels security is also good which I like most in this product. Sometimes it can be laggy while using some web-based apps but that doesn't affect me too much or negatively impact my use experience overall. It does a great job for what we do at work so there's not anything I dislike about it aside from needing more options when performing certain types of tasks/apps where customization would really benefit us. If you're looking into doing any type of customized tracking then they have many ways to customize their services for your business needs if nothing else appeals to them. We were able to track customer behavior across different channels (mobile app vs website) giving insights not normally available through other tools we used previously.
