Like standard disinfectant wipes. They work by mopping and making things cleaner - I can't back up the disinfection claim but they do make things cleaner. My biggest complaint about this item is that we received it with the top cover removed. I'm a little surprised they didn't dry completely, but they still looked good. Also, at $6 they seem a bit pricey compared to the regular ranges you can buy at the grocery store or big store. You have to bury the shipping cost in it. I've only deducted a star for both of those complaints because they still work, but I'd probably advise people to buy their wipes locally first if possible for a much cheaper option. However, if you are isolated, this will work.
