Review on 🖨️ Enhance Printer Performance with HICTOP Z Axis Upgrade Stepper Printer by Temarquis Lopez

This kit was installed just a few days ago. The metal parts feel well made and look like original Creality parts. After leveling the gantry and re-leveling the bed, everything will be fine. I installed the Ender Extender 400 (X&Y) kit. The gantry sag was quite significant after I installed the extension, this dual z kit eliminated the sag completely. Now everything is in order. My complaints are only related to upgrading my printer. This kit comes with a Z motor splitter cable, allowing you to split one Z signal into two. I have a Big Tree Tech board so I have a second Z driver. The cable that came with it was not suitable for this and also not long enough due to my set of extension cables. I ended up extending the supplied splitter cable and ordered a long 4-6 pin cable so I could drive the 2nd Z motor from the 2nd Z driver on my board. So far they are of slightly better quality for shorter prints. A small improvement but I hope it helps more at higher pressures. I've had skewing on larger prints or crashes due to frame sag in the past.
