Great Customer Service

Had to drill two separate holes. First used the largest one, drill only half way after 25 minutes and drilling slow. Second need to drill a smaller hole and it almost went thru but broke when was almost done. Seller reached out and sent a new one. Great Customer Service! Would buy again just drill slow and add more water.

Good for putting holes in tiles.

Cons

It works but breaks really easy. Got one use out of the saw
