I like that it’s easy to use, simple but very powerful in terms of reporting functionality as wellas being able create automated workflows/worklists from your dashboards which saves time for myself or my team when doing our jobs! Nothing really - seems pretty good so far? If you're looking at getting into this space then definitely give them an interview :) The cost can be quite high (and worth every penny). But if there's anything we've learnt over working here its just how much value they add both financially AND non-financially compared against other providers outthere!! It's a great tool for our organization. It helps us to control all our CRM tasks in one place. We can track our leads, sales opportunities, deal progress, etc. It also allows us to have an excellent view of our pipeline. I don't have any dislikes about it. It has helped me to organize my teams work. I am able to assign task to each team member and follow up with them.
