Installing on 2012 GMC Sierra

The light isn't very bright, but it adds just the right amount of light. They're tricky to install (if you get it right) and there's one thing you need to remember: black is ground, and black with a white stripe is positive. To tell you about my setup, I put the headlights through the small holes under the rail. Who hid all the cables? I routed the wiring through the two rear square holes (mounting area) on the bed. Mine has covers. This is where I kept the switch. I then routed all the wires where my 7 pin connector connects under the truck. I pulled out my 7 pin and connected it to the 12 volt red/black wire. I also added a built in 20 amp fuse for safety. Plug one side and power into the square hole where my switch is and complete the circuit. The right and left lights are connected with one wire, and the power supply is connected with the other. See photos for questions.
