Ripped to decorative pillows, inserts and covers in a month

I am so disappointed. Bought as a present for a 14 year old. she loved it! But 5 weeks has passed since we brought it home and a half dollar sized hole has formed in the seam. My daughter weighs less than 100 pounds and her wear and tear is definitely below normal. A month of wear and a hole? And of course the return window ended literally 10 days ago.

Pros

MEDITATION PILLOW SIZE: Approximately 22 inches in diameter. The thickness is about 3.15-3.94 inches (8-10 cm), weighs 2 pounds. Large enough to meditate or practice yoga in peace, this seat cushion is the perfect place to relax anywhere. Uses include gamepad, sleeping pillow, video game floor pillow, corner pillow for reading.
