Ripped on floor pads and upholstery in a month

I'm so disappointed. Bought as a present for a 14 year old. she loved it! But 5 weeks has passed since we brought it home and a half dollar sized hole has formed in the seam. My daughter weighs less than 100 pounds and her wear and tear is definitely below normal. A month of wear and a hole? And of course the return window ended literally 10 days ago.

I am so disappointed. Bought as a present for a 14 year old. she loved it! But 5 weeks has passed since we brought it home and a half dollar sized hole has formed in the seam.
