I recently became I'll and basically homebound. The one thing I missed was being able to go outside and sit on my back porch. I could not keep my balance going down the three stairs. A friend suggested I try to find a handicap railing. I looked on revain and found this hand rail. When it came my son came over and easily installed it in five minutes. It works wonderfully! I am quite heavy and it is very sturdy when I lean on it to go up or down the stairs. My oxygen tubing reaches to my chair outside. I can't tell you how nice it is to sit there in the mornings and have my coffee with the birds chirping away. This will definitely help my recovery.I highly recommend this product!
