Hi, everyone I live in a rural area of West Virginia. The cell towers in area are Att,T-mobile and US Cellular and I had perfect service in all areas. I had to call customer change my phone number because on activation i was given a number out of area code. After calling customer service i was only on hold for less than a minute before someone answered i told the customer service rep. My issue he put me on hold for 2 minutes and give a new number.
