I love that it's easy for our customer service team members with different skill sets (customer support/training) can easily use this tool together! It would be great if there was an option where you could send your employees training materials or other documents directly from within one of these modules so they don't have access when not using them through work hours only - but overall we're happy about how well everything works here now! We've seen improvements since implementing into all departments across multiple locations throughout my organization over time; however some things are still difficult because certain people prefer emailing files instead which takes longer than just uploading via Drive etc., like most others do nowadays though i'd say its getting better every day haha :).
