I'm more of a casual racer. I just drive my OM Duro a bit uncontrolled on the streets at the weekend. For me, my regular size worked better than the reduced size. I went down a size at first but had to return the shoes because my whole foot was sore after one ride. Just one size smaller if you have a very narrow foot. If you have a wide foot, this shoe will definitely not fit you. I replaced the laces with something thicker. Great shoes for people like me who ride a few days a week and go to a bar after the ride.
