I bought these for my child to help her with constipation but unfortunately I can't get her to take them. The dispenser is easy to use. You open the bottle, replace the cap with a pinch nozzle, and gently press it upside down to squeeze out a few drops. I was able to get my kid to take it the first time because she didn't know what it was. She immediately stuck out her tongue and started crying, trying to spit it out. I tried again the next day and she wouldn't let me in with a bottle. I've tried it and it's not that bad. It tastes like plastic flavored water but apparently my kid can't stand it.
