I just installed this leak detection system on a hose valve on the main water inlet. After creating an account, adding a hub to WiFi, and adding a valve sensor and 3 leak sensors to my account, it was time to calibrate the valve system. The valve system cycled on and off several times and finally stopped. At this point I should be complete and ready to go. I clicked the water shutoff valve on my app and it started to close. Halfway through the application it says an error has occurred. I don't know if the valve opened at that moment. No notification was sent that there was an error opening the valve. This means if it was a real leak the system would notify me of the leak and close the valve. No, because there was a mistake and he opened the valve again. I've tried this several times with the same problem. Then I wiped everything and started over, resynced everything and recalibrated the device. I go to test and at the same moment the error occurs again. I have opened and closed the valve many times without difficulty. There is no weekend support and after 5 hours of fiddling with this thing I threw in the towel and sent it back. I found a cheaper and more reliable unit elsewhere.
