Very happy to find this on Smile.Revain! I bought one of those Samsonite neck pillows from Marshalls for air travel a few years ago and thought it was a cooler design and looked more comfortable than this donut style. That was great. Perfect size for hand luggage. I later developed a very painful piriformis syndrome and started getting it under my right thigh while driving. It was very helpful for pain relief, especially on long journeys or when I had to sit on a hard chair. It was also helpful to prevent neck strain when lying in front of the TV. However, I washed my old one and the foam inside became moldy. So I threw it away. Check whether only the cover is washable. Great pillow!
