Review on 💨 SNS AR3000-N02 1/4 NPT Female Thread Air Pressure Regulator, Adjustable 0-150 PSI, with Bracket and Gauge by Terry Myers

It was purchased to replace a 29 gallon 4 hp Port Freight (HF) compressor. When ordering, it is important to consider the size of the thread. The thread for the connectors is approximately 0.5 inch, but the nominal size of the fitting that connects to this thread is 0.25 inch. The size given is the nominal size of the fitting. The thread on the HF control knob has been stripped twice. The first time I drilled it, rethreaded it and used a slightly larger screw but there wasn't enough metal left in the fitting to do it again so I bought this one. It takes about 21 quarter turns of the knob to reach 90psi, so it's easy to stop at any pressure you want. When using the "jet nozzle" to blow debris off the porch, it seems to hold the pressure well.
