They were thorough when reviewing my background check! It was easy getting everything completed within 3 days of submitting all required documents from me. No issues at this time but if there is something not addressed they do contact your employer or other agencies so it can be resolved immediately instead waiting weeks before hearing back about what happened next (if anything). This has been helpful as an employee looking into changing jobs/employers since most employers request employment verification paperwork such as W2s etc..
