I like that it's easy for me as an admin, but also allows my employees access if needed too! It has been implemented in our organization since we started using this platform. The team behind call list scrubbers have continued to make improvements over time - no complaints here at all! There are some other programs out there which do similar things (like ours), however they lack customization options or support from their dev teams when issues arise. We've used them since before the pandemic hit us hard, so not much changed after then. Our main issue was finding a product that could be easily updated by both admins AND users without needing additional IT resources.
