Review on 🔨 14-Inch Soft Grip Stainless Steel Tape Knife with Hammer End by Amazon Basics by Steve Beaumont

I repair and putty drywall and also have a large selection of band knives. This knife is very similar in quality to the ones I've bought from our local big box stores. It has a very smooth edge and is comfortable to hold (I work pretty slowly). The handle has a soft finish, but that doesn't really bother me as I always work with putty while wearing gloves. My gloves buy really well on that which is good. The only thing I would like to point out is that the blade has a lot less flex than my other knives. For the 8 inch size I received I find that it is still manageable although I will have to change my application technique slightly to accommodate this. I can't say for sure if this will be an issue with the larger sizes so keep that in mind. Overall I would say this is a good quality knife at a reasonable price.
