I like having all of my tasks in one place so that it's easy when scheduling or assigning work orders which makes things go smoother than before because now we can see what needs doing next without being at another computer system checking emails etc., We also have time tracking as well but there are not many features regarding this yet however i'm sure they will be added soon enough.- It saves me alot if times from writing out invosies each week by hand - just copy paste them into excel spreadsheet instead;-).
