They work. I bought these after wasting my time with a cheaper brand. Both the original and replacement batches were defective. The brightness order is not low to high as usual, but 100 W, 150 W to 50 W. Doesn't really matter. Either way, you'll have to cycle through all three settings by turning the lights on or off. The convenience is that when the light is used in a bedroom, it only takes one click to switch from low to off. 50W, 100W and 150W have a great advantage over the traditional 40W, 60W and 100W. The change from 40W to 60W is hardly noticeable. 40W/60W may be a holdover from the incandescent era as 150W is a pretty powerful incandescent bulb. This is not a consideration with an LED lamp. The 50w, 100w, 150w alternative is much more versatile and functional on every level.
