Nice, solid and easy replacement for an old rusty door knocker

This door knocker is pretty much a clone of the knocker on my door that I had to replace which we were given as a gift. The assembly has posts that act as posts to push holes through your door. I was hoping this was the exact form factor so I wouldn't have to re-drill the holes, but luckily for my old hammer the holes were 1/8" further apart. By simply plugging one of the holes I was able to jump right over it drilled a new hole to ensure a perfect fit for this hammer. The new hammer has turned out beautifully, looks good and works great. It seems to be very durable and I'm sure it will last at least as long as this, which it has replaced. which has been corroded by 20 years of exposure to the elements.
