Review on 🍲 VÄESKE 12 QT Insulated Sous Vide Container with Rack and Sleeve – Compatible with Anova, Instant Pot, Joule, Inkbird by Kimberly Jain

I love this thing! I feel like the fabric lining is a bit off. I have an older Inova sous vide and it fits perfectly. I have cooked pork belly several times without this container and my house would get very humid from evaporation, I would also have to refill the container. At the same time there is no moisture (I live in Hawaii, we have enough). Plus it heats the water faster and I never have to refill it. Another thing I like is that I can still attach the clamps to the side and it doesn't affect performance very much. There are others but for the price it's great. A couple of points that could be addressed. The fabric lining appears to be slipping or sinking in. I don't know how effective it really is, but it's a good barrier to protect your meter and your hands if you need to move it when riding at a higher pace. I wish they made it with non-slip silicone.2. The metal used to hold the items is a bit wonky and only works if there are enough items to pull the ends apart. I think it could be done a little bit better if you only did 1 steak. I beat us by simply putting the largest piece on top of the steak. It still works fine, just not as intended. I'm sure if I had paid for something more expensive it would have been better.
