In general very satisfied!

Overall we are very satisfied with this product. It arrived in excellent condition (wrapped with plenty of padding). This makes it easier for us to process more types and sizes of meat sous vide than in our 8 liter pot, and we like the lid and sleeve so we can cook longer without adding water. The rack worked great for pieces of pork ribs (cut in half) to keep them separated and weighted. A crossbar at the top of the rack solved our problem of improvised weights with kitchen utensils and…

Used once so far and I'm happy with the purchase. I was hoping the sleeve would be better insulated. I think I overestimated my expectations. The handle you use to grab the lid isn't very well designed. You must use both hands to remove the cover. The first time I took the lid off, I dropped it in the water. The texture of the handle is smooth and not too deep either, making it difficult to grip. (Definitely nothing that will deter you from buying this) What I liked: The stand is fantastic…

GREAT with some room for improvement!

I love this thing! I feel like the fabric lining is a bit off. I have an older Inova sous vide and it fits perfectly. I have cooked pork belly several times without this container and my house would get very humid from evaporation, I would also have to refill the container. At the same time there is no moisture (I live in Hawaii, we have enough). Plus it heats the water faster and I never have to refill it. Another thing I like is that I can still attach the clamps to the side and it doesn't…
