Review on SlimFAQ by Tim Paolucci

I love how easy it was for me, as well my team members, to make our own questions! It's really helpful when you're trying to do research about your business or if there are any problems with products that people may be unaware of (which can sometimes happen).

The only thing we dislike so far would have been more in-depth categories within each question/answer section; but this has not impacted us negatively enough yet to say anything negative. We use slimfaq mainly because one person cannot write all answers by themselves - which helps out quite nicely! Our main problem right now seems like it might just be time management issues and being able to get everything done quickly without having too many back & forth emails between myself and other employees who aren't familiarized fully woth what exactly they need help doing.
