We bought this for our son to send photos home as he couldn't do it over the internet. The copier worked without any problems and copied all the photos and a few short videos. After we received the duplicate card, our son was able to erase and re-fill the card he still had. We tested the duplicator before sending it to our son and it worked fine, but we couldn't get photos of the first duplicate card our son sent home. We thought it had been damaged in the post so we sent our son the special postal envelopes we got from Staples that said to stay away from magnetic fields. This time the duplicate card worked perfectly.
