Review on Personio by David Plunkett

We use personio for our internal staff/recruitment system as well as external applicants. It's very easy to create new roles / positions & assign them to different people within your organisation or outside. You can also have multiple applications open at once which makes it easier to track progress and see if you're missing someone off your team (or you've got too many). I dislike that there isn't alot of information about who created what so when they get confused as to where something came from it causes some confusion. This could be resolved by adding links back to the application etc. There is some good functionality but not much else. Good tool if used correctly. Internal applicant tracking and managing teams - the ability to add details such as experience etc and then search through these easily was great!
