I like that it's very easy for our team of 3 people (including myself) in different states/time zones with no previous experience at all! It was relatively quick learning curve but we've been pretty impressed thus far by how well this software performs compared against other quote generators out there or even those within Microsoft Excel itself - so much better than just writing down numbers off your head without any formulae etc. We're still trying some things around adding pictures / images into quotes where appropriate though you can't add them straight away from creating new documents either yet? So not sure if they'll be added soon enough unfortunately :( Otherwise great tool!! The only thing about MS Office 365 subscription pricing structure seems really expensive when comparing what others offer - maybe because my colleagues don;t have access here outside Australia however would love something similar offered elsewhere too instead :).
