Good product, NO INSTRUCTIONS - You are totally on your own and it's not obvious.
I finally installed it and I love it, but having no instructions at all is unacceptable. It's probably too long for me, 5 times longer than it takes to insert. I'm handy and it took me too long to figure it out and install it. The best part is that it came with screws.
