All parts in this kit were OE quality and fit perfectly on this 2018 model Champion 4 with tank 4266. Instructions were clear. Of course I also bought a valve kit 738565-424-0074A and a new FluidMaster water regulator (float), hose and lever. ALL gaskets and other fittings in this tank are new. Just like a plumber would. And of course it stopped the annoying, infrequent refilling of the tank. I'm convinced that in my case the nut that attaches the flush valve kit to the tank wasn't tight enough. Thanks to the instructions that came with that other kit, I knew exactly how to tighten that nut tight. So by replacing all the parts and following all the instructions letter for letter, yes that fixed it.
