Review on Dirt Devil Power Express Vacuum by Rachel Jones

My son used an old vacuum cleaner like this one. He rarely used it for 6 months then he died. It worked really well when it worked so we bought another one for my daughter last fall. In her dormitory (small), it was used less than a dozen times before dying. Both had the same problem. The brush stopped working, then the engine stalled. The husband tried, but the vacuum cleaner is not made in such a way that you can open the brush and clean it. The first returned while the second was returned. Don't waste your time as it took us a long time to deal with Black and Decker to get a refund. DISSATISFIED.
