Review on 🔌 NuTone 89224 3000 Vent Motor by Luke Liu

The motor arrived with a bent mounting screw. It was wrapped in Styrofoam, a box, and Revain bubble wrap, but you could see where the screw had pierced the box. A machine screw was bent at an angle of about 45 degrees with bent threads. I was able to clean the threads and straighten the screw to fit the bracket. I had some difficulty aligning the fan when reinstalling, but that's more likely a problem due to the flimsy sheet metal fan housing. The new motor is much quieter than the old one I replaced. Just fan/air noise instead of worn out bearings making the whole box rattle.
