We had a problem with a cat that was too friendly to fish. We couldn't find any surface in the house that he couldn't reach and it seemed pointless to have a fish meant to live on the fridge behind a cookie jar. It seems to help. Our cat is terribly excited and meows sadly while looking longingly at our little Splashy. Maybe they were just best friends and I tore soulmates apart? Possibly, but I'm going to play it safe and assume he had a "tummy tummy" love affair. It hangs nice and secure if you can find thin nails for the hanging bracket.
