I live in a loft and bought this kit because I was tired of using the dinky tools that come with a lot of furniture nowadays and hate having to buy individual tools when I realize I need them. This kit is amazing. The quality of tools is great for the money, and the sizes of screwdrivers and Allen wrenches are very common and useful. Typically I buy this bundle kits and only have use for half the things, but have used nearly everything since purchasing. The box cutter comes with many blade replacements which is nice and the tool bag is a good size so I can keep my other tools in it as well. Great kit for a starter home/set!
