Review on The Devine Group by Kipp Amundson

I like how it was able to get feedback from my employees about their strengths/weaknesses as well as what they were looking forward doing in work life at our organization so we could make decisions accordingly! It's not very user friendly with all of its features but sometimes you have to dig through some things if there isn't an easy button somewhere around where your cursor should be. If someone asks me something or needs help during training sessions using this tool then i'm confident in saying other people will too since everyone can use this easily compared to others out there which require more time & effort getting started. We're solving problems regarding employee retention by utilizing these tools along side one another (The DeGree).
