There is also an imbalance problem.

Disappointing - the blade is coming back. The old blade (that cut hundreds of pavers) actually has a cleaner cut with fewer chips! Not sure if this is a manufacturing issue or product damage caused by mishandling stock vibrates (old blades don't). I made 6-7 cuts on a tile before progressing to a good tile and the cuts are only worse on the new blade.

Pros

Premium XP2 and XP4 die means XP2 increases standard blade life by 2x, XP4 increases standard blade life by 4x.
