After living with beige walls all of 2020 I couldn't take it anymore so I'm painting my whole house. I recently painted my kids homeschooling room and was dying to wallpaper the built in porcelain plaid in the room. I was looking for a wallpaper for a very long time and accidentally came across this print. As the countertop on built-in units would someday be replaced I didn't want to spend a fortune on wallpaper which would probably one day be ruined when the new counters were installed and therefore the price for it couldn't be beat. I have never made a wallpaper and I will be the first to admit that it is visible! I definitely have overlapping seams that are annoying to look at, but that's not the wallpaper's fault, it's my own. Thankfully, our textbooks help a little beyond the built-in modules, and then all the bells and whistles in the china cabinets help cover up my mistakes. Well, if you're looking for something long-term, I probably won't choose that. It's very thin and I recommend painting your walls white before applying as the green on my walls definitely catches the eye. The paper also tears very easily, like with a fingernail, but for the price you can't get too excited. It was very easy to climb off the wall a few times to adjust. Air bubbles were easy to remove, but sometimes severe creases formed on it when the backing was peeled off, and these creases did not disappear. I really wanted to have a quirky British vibe in the room with green walls and a accent on this wallpaper, it helps me achieve that and I love butterflies and hummingbirds for my kids to enjoy!
