Pros - Good strong massage, fits a variety of foot sizes (mine size 7, man size 11), not too heavy for moving from room to room although it is quite large. As another reviewer mentioned, it needs a remote control. There is also no way to adjust the strength of the massage. You can only adjust the speed. Cons - it is very difficult to find a height where you can sit comfortably and put your legs in this massager. I'm short so I either had to put a pillow behind my back on the couch to move forward or sit in a work chair with the car under me. Sitting on the couch was fairly comfortable, but when I sat down in the chair at the table and leaned forward, the massage initially felt like stepping on a lego due to too much pressure being put on my leg area. I quickly (VERY quickly) moved back into the chair so my legs were dangling in it, rather than resting fully in the car. Overall I am satisfied with this massager. I wish I could have a vigorous foot massage and a lighter calf massage, but that's just not possible with this device. It is strong at all times, and only the speeds are changeable. If you have sensitive feet, aching calves, etc., you may be overwhelmed by the power of the massage right from the start. In general, I like a strong massage, so it's not a big deal for me, but others should be aware.
