Knee pads for multitasking pilots

One of my first impressions was that it didn't do what I was hoping it would. This should allow the flexibility to place the clipboard inside and out with magnets, giving you a smooth writing surface on one foot instead of both feet. It took me about 15 minutes to figure out if the sellers wanted the magnetic strap that rests on the front cover and is used as an iPad stand when not in use in flight removed from the front cover and metal clipboard can be placed on the front cover, with a great grip better than on the strap. When you're done using the clipboard, place the strap on the clipboard and then open the front cover to access your iPad. Close the front cover and you have a clipboard to write with. In the picture you can leave the loop at the front of the clipboard and still have enough paper to write at a short distance or METAR, lift the loop to get more writing surface. slits at the back. If you don't fly much and don't mind the weight of the iPad case, you can remove or replace the strap as needed. Be aware that you don't want to do this every day. It seems strong enough to last me for several years. However, the costs are outrageous. I can't say it costs anywhere near $125, but then again it's one of the few games in town if you're looking for a knee pad to use in this configuration. Once you pick up the strap and realize that the tablet magnets are much stronger when placed on the front, this is a good stand for those multitasking pilots who prefer to write down their permissions on paper, while still keeping their iPad for reference pre-flight.
