Review on 💧 WAYNE PC1 12V Battery-Powered Portable Water Transfer Pump with Suction Hose and Attachment by Tim Jolivette

We bought this pump less than a month ago. It never worked as described. It never worked for more than 1 minute 33 seconds before shutting down. The instructions indicate that vegetable oil needs to be poured into the pump, which is what we did. After calling Wayne's service department, we were told that we would need to fill the pump with oil every time we used it. The instructions say nothing about this. This unit is mounted on a portable water tank to supply remote animal feeders. When we pointed out that the pump was full of oil the first time we used it and it still wouldn't run more than 1 minute and 33 seconds, we were told they had no answer other than a defective motor and that we would pay to send it Give it back to them and pay to ship back the new or refurbished device. We are not sure why we should pay for shipping your defective product. I will return it to Revane.
