Like the concept, but the boot needs improvement. "M" was a little sloppy compared to a size 10 (12") shoe. I'm transporting freshly assembled railcars from the factory to the station as I get some heartburn from loose gas and brake pedals. For the boots is an ankle strap required, separate from the one provided. Boot lacing should be 1/8" boot lacing, not a cheap bungee tie. I have passed this particular pair on to a co-worker who might find it a better fit, but I probably will order the next smaller size and make the necessary adjustments to the local shoe repair shop.
